TUTH docs halt all but emergency services

All services except the emergency and the internal ones at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH), Maharajgunj have been obstructed from Monday by the agitating students and faculty of the TU's Institute of Medicine (IOM) over a dispute on the entrance exams for MD and MS conducted Saturday and Sunday.
